Some things don’t get fixed.

And sometimes, all we can do is stay – and witness what is ending.
I’m currently creating a 7-part experiential journey for those working in, with, or around social systems that are unraveling – slowly, quietly, or all at once.
This offering is not about restoring function.
It’s about perceiving what is ending, noticing what no longer holds, and staying present in the silence, the fragmentation, the fall.
Staying With the End will guide you through 7 encounters – each one exploring a different layer of destruction in teams, organizations, and relationships.
Through small practices, questions, and collective witnessing, we’ll create a space to reflect, to feel, and to share what often remains hidden.
The journey will conclude in a shared Gallery of the Fall – a space for images, words, traces, and unfinished thoughts.
