Embark on a transformational journey to explore the hidden power of destruction in social systems, organizations, teams, and relationships. This program combines theoretical insights and practical experiences, allowing you to delve deeply into the dynamics of destruction and build a shared pool of knowledge with peers.

Explore the Dreambody, fields, and atmospheres that shape organizational life. Identify and amplify subtle signals, flirts, and feedback that herald change. Move beyond fixing and find wisdom within the fall, developing skills to gracefully navigate collapse and uncover new possibilities.

Second Stop: The Nature of Destruction

Uncover the characteristics, symptoms, and stages of destruction in teams and organizations. Distinguish between healthy and unhealthy patterns using systems theory, archetypal stories, and the Hero’s Journey. Equip yourself with tools and exercises to explore and transform destructive forces.

Fifth Stop: The Destructor and the Destructed
